Nigeria international winger Chidera Ejuke scored his first goal of the season to push Sevilla to a 3-1 win over Atletico Bilbao, OwnGoalNigeria.com reports.
Ejuke who was deemed surplus to requirements at the club and dropped from their pre season games, somehow appears to have found his way in favour.
Although the club is still looking for market opportunities for his exit, he showed he can still be a part of their future with a well taken goal.
He picked up the ball from almost the center circle, before rounding up his run with a delicate dink over the goalkeeper .
The goal equaled his tally for last season, where he scored just once in all of the games he played. A poor run which also cost him his spot in the senior national team of Nigeria.
