1. Your skin must be perfectly clear

Acne, pigmentation, pores, scars and texture have long been treated as imperfections that need to be hidden.

Today, more women are embracing the reality that healthy skin doesn’t necessarily mean flawless skin. Skin has pores. It has texture. It changes with hormones, seasons, stress and age.

The shift towards skin confidence doesn’t mean abandoning skincare. It means taking care of your skin without feeling as though every mark needs to be corrected. Take care of your skin, but don’t feel pressured to erase everything that makes it human.

2. Grey hair must be covered

Grey hair was once something many women felt they had to hide. Today, silver strands are increasingly being embraced as a beautiful part of getting older.

Whether you choose to colour your hair, transition to grey or proudly show your natural silver, the important thing is that the decision belongs to you.
