Samsung’s next Fan Edition phone is the Galaxy S26 FE. It’s expected to become official towards the end of this month or the beginning of next month.

Before now, some of its hardware specifications and design details had surfaced. And now, its camera specifications have also been confirmed.

Android Authority has shown the Galaxy S26 FE (codename R14) would bring a triple rear camera setup: a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera. On the front, it sports a 12MP selfie camera. The camera specs are almost the same with those of the Galaxy S25 FE. Thus, we have as stated below.

  1. Primary: 50MP Samsung ISOCELL GN3 (S5KGN3), 1/1.57-inch, 24mm, dual-pixel PDAF, OIS
  2. Ultrawide: 12MP GalaxyCore GC12A2
  3. Telephoto: 8MP OmniVision OV08A1, 3x optical zoom, OIS
  4. Front: 12MP Sony IMX825

Furthermore, there’s the possibility that the device can record 4K 60fps videos across all cameras, and up to 8K 30fps videos using its primary rear camera.

The Galaxy S26 FE won’t feature any hardware upgrades to its cameras compared to the Galaxy S25 FE that was released in 2025. Nevertheless, it will deliver improved photo and video quality because of the faster processor and enhanced image processing algorithms.

Additionally, the Galaxy S26 FE will come with the Exynos 2500 processor, 8GB/12GB RAM, and 256GB/512GB storage. Also, it’s powered by a 4,900mAh battery and supports 45W fast wired charging as well. The device will cost €50 higher than its predecessor in select European countries.
