Tottenham Hotspur are exploring a double transfer deal for Manchester City forwards Savinho and Omar Marmoush as new manager Roberto De Zerbi looks to strengthen his attack ahead of the Premier League season.
The North London club have opened discussions with City over potential moves for the two forwards, as reported in British media outlets.
Spurs have long admired Savinho, having first been linked with the Brazilian winger in 2025 before he opted to remain at the Etihad Stadium.

However, the 22-year-old is now reportedly open to leaving City after struggling for regular playing time last season. Savinho made only seven Premier League starts after joining City from French club Troyes for £30 million in 2024.
Spurs target Marmoush
Tottenham are also considering a move for Marmoush, who joined City from Eintracht Frankfurt for £59 million in 2025.
The Egypt international struggled to establish himself as a regular under former City manager Pep Guardiola last season, scoring eight goals in 36 appearances across all competitions.
Marmoush’s potential availability could give Spurs another option as De Zerbi seeks to overhaul an attack that struggled for consistency last season.
Tottenham finished 17th in the Premier League and scored just 48 goals in 38 matches, narrowly avoiding relegation.
