I, like a lot of women, have to adjust my hair care regimen every time a seasonal change comes about or during an episode of bad weather.

Of course, you should stick to your current routine if it’s working for you but here are some simple tips on how to create a all season-friendly hair care routine.
Find a great shampoo and conditioner
Properly moisturizing your hair is the key to gaining and maintaining healthy hair so you must make sure all products you use do not go against the very thing you are trying to obtain.
This means you should try buying shampoos and conditioners that are free of things like sulfate and silicone to avoid drying out your hair and scalp like unfavorable weather conditions would.
Personally, I stick to hair care lines like Shea Moisture* and DevaCurl because they are typically free of hair-harming ingredients.
Balance your heavy and light products
Often times, women with coarse hair go for heavier products while women for thin or fine hair tend to go for lightweight products that don’t weight down their hair.
