Operating directly from the commercial hub of Computer Village in Ikeja, the technology firm has introduced a business model designed to eliminate the risks traditionally associated with purchasing pre-owned hardware in West Africa.
Addressing the Pre-Owned Quality Gap
Buying refurbished or pre-owned devices in sub-Saharan Africa has historically carried significant risk for consumers, who frequently face hidden hardware faults and a lack of recourse once a transaction concludes.
MENXTT Technology NG was founded to directly address these systemic consumer pain points. The company relies on a supply chain that imports pre-owned and neatly used enterprise devices strictly from certified channels across Europe, the United States, and other international markets.
According to company co-founder Anthony Emeka Nwosu, every piece of hardware—ranging from enterprise laptops like Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook, and Lenovo ThinkPad to premium smartphones and MacBooks—undergoes rigorous inspection before reaching the market.
“We know that our customers work hard for their money,” Nwosu stated. “When someone buys a laptop or smartphone from MENXTT, we want that person to have complete confidence.
