Diarra (Diarra Kilpatrick) and her team’s furniture recovery mission has spiraled into a grisly triple-homicide investigation and a citywide treasure hunt. As the mystery deepens, Diarra finds herself venturing further into Detroit’s criminal underworld to crack the biggest case of her life.

In Episode 7, Dunk has handed them a patchwork quilt containing hidden clues, and the clock is ticking. Their mission? Figure out what the quilt is trying to tell them before Booker pays the price.
Diarra quickly connects the quilt to an important piece of history.
“So, during slavery, quilts like these had hidden messages to direct runaways,” she notes as the crew tries to figure out the hidden messages tucked away within the quilt. “So one of these patches has to mean Union. Go to Union.”
