In Nigeria, where fashion continues to evolve at a remarkable pace, a growing number of brands are redefining what contemporary African clothing can look and feel like. Among them is Hilltin Fashion Design & Arts Ltd, a premium ready-to-wear brand based in Warri, Delta State.
Founded in 2019 by award-winning fashion designer Imuetinyan Chukwu, Hilltin was born from an appreciation of diversity and the belief in the oneness of humanity. The brand brings together different cultural influences, colours, fabrics and artistic expressions to create clothing that allows people to discover and express their individual style.
“We draw inspiration from interesting and inspiring stories of people, various cultures, places, nature and names of people around the world,” Chukwu, the brand’s Founder and Creative Director, said.
That broad source of inspiration is reflected in the way Hilltin approaches design. Rather than treating clothing as finished products, the brand sees each piece as part of a personal journey that can lead to self-love.
“Our prints are passionately hand printed and designed to be unique and second to none,” Chukwu expressed. “It is our goal to make every woman, man feel beautiful and stand out in every piece of garment we design.”
That philosophy takes fresh shape in Hilltin’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection, BLOOM. It is a collection centered on growth, renewal and the brand’s own evolution.
