England captain Harry Kane has won the European Golden Shoe for the 2025/26 season after finishing as Europe’s leading league goalscorer.

According to beIN SPORTS, Kane received the prestigious individual award after another prolific campaign with Bayern Munich.

The European Golden Shoe is awarded annually to the player who scores the most league goals across Europe’s top domestic divisions.

Kane enjoyed a remarkable campaign, scoring 73 goals for club and country, including 12 for England.

The former Tottenham Hotspur striker also made history at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, helping England achieve their best-ever finish at a men’s World Cup held outside Europe.

During the tournament, Kane surpassed Gary Lineker to become England’s all-time leading goalscorer at the World Cup after initially equalling the former striker’s record.

His goals also moved him into joint fifth place on the all-time FIFA World Cup scoring chart.

The Golden Shoe adds to a growing collection of individual honours for Kane and further highlights his prolific goalscoring form for both Bayern Munich and England.
