This amazing little citrus contains several properties that can help you deal with our common enemy… bloat. So today, we are going to quickly discuss why does lemon water help bloating?

Well, truth be told, us girls bloat at the drop of hat. On our periods we bloat. Off them, we still blow up.

Due to stress we bloat. After we eat. When we don’t eat! It’s an unfair part of lady life and we have to do our best to survive. How? Lemon water.

It’s a powerful combination that can help you deflate. First of all, the water itself is going to help you. Water helps to flush you out. Think of it like Drano for your body. We use a product like Drano to pour down our bathroom/kitchen pipes in order to fix clogs.
